Mill No. 1 is a $40 million adaptive reuse project of historic 19th century cotton mill buildings containing 250,000 square feet, located along a scenic 10-acre stretch of the Jones Falls river adjacent to Baltimore, Maryland's downtown. The mixed-use project will consist of approximately 90 residential units, 40,000 sq. ft. of office, and restaurant locations overlooking the Jones Falls. The location is less than a mile from two light rail stations, a mile from the Baltimore Amtrak Station, and a half mile from the Johns Hopkins University campus. The project is scheduled to start construction in the 4th quarter of 2010 and be open mid-year 2012.

Montgomery Park, opened in 2002, is the redevelopment of Baltimore's historic Montgomery Ward Catalogue House and several adjacent warehouse buildings totaling more than 2.2 million square feet on 66 acres. The 1.3 million square foot 8-story Catalogue House, constructed in 1925, and which stood vacant for 15 years before redevelopment, is now the centerpiece of Montgomery Park, a sustainable office building recognized by the Environmental Protection Agency with its grand prize 2003 Phoenix Award. It is the largest renovation project in Maryland history.

Patagonia Sur, LLC is a for-profit, limited development real estate corporation founded in 2007 that invests in Chilean Patagonia and has a strong commitment to conservation. Patagonia Sur invests in, protects, and enhances scenically- remarkable and ecologically valuable properties, thereby generating competitive returns for investors. The portfolio of properties will encompass, in stages, a minimum of 30,000 acres in southern Chile. This network of properties will constitute the Patagonia Sur Nature Reserve. The current holdings include a pristine coastal area in Melimoyu, a scenic river valley in Palena, Valle California, and a spectacular peninsula on Lago Espolon.
